China was great, but I could not have been happier to come back home. The air is 10x cleaner (possibly more), the weather more like spring than summer, and there's nature literally everywhere I turn. As in green trees and grass and shrubs along the streets. For some reason after spending all that time in Beijing, this came as a (welcome) surprise. I had forgotten how beautiful Boston was.
The pictures above are from an area in Newton called Cabot Woods. It is this incredible oasis filled with nature that stands out against the houses and vehicles around it. It is the perfect place to run or walk and enjoy the view.
I graduated from high school a few days ago, and will spend the summer in Texas. I am excited to photograph some places around the city as well as people. Hopefully I will also travel to Mexico at some point to take some pictures there. For right now I will leave you with a couple pictures from my graduation. Expect another update soon!
Thanks to my sister for taking the pictures from my graduation! In case you couldn't figure it out, I am the one in the middle on the first picture and the one with the "I DON'T EVEN GO HERE" cap on the second. Mean girl references for the win.
